Mt Karioi

Walk to the top of Mt Karioi & look across Raglan, Kawhia and Aotea. You might even see Mt Taranaki if you are lucky.

Bridal Veil Falls

The walk is an easy 10 minutes through native bush to see the amazing 55-metre-high Bridal Veil Falls (Waireinga Falls).

Raglan Town

Stroll around Raglan town taking in the art galleries, fashion boutiques and restaurants/cafes.

Surfing

Raglan has the longest left-hand surf break in the southern hemisphere, but also a great place to learn.

Te Uku Wind Farm

The Pipiwharauroa Walking and Biking Trail is open for public use. The 18km return trip crosses steep and rolling farmland.

Watersports

Cruise the harbour at your own pace with a stand up paddleboard or kayak hire. Guided tours and lessons available too.

Fishing

There’s lots of fishing options. Head to Ruapuke’s Papanui Rock (experienced people only) or try the wharf in Raglan.

Horse Trekking

Go on a horse trek with ‘Wild Coast’ and get the chance to ride over farmland, Mt Karioi and Ruapuke Beach.
